Parents of Year 9 students.

If you would like your child to receive the Diphtheria/Tetanus/Polio & Meningitis ACWY vaccine in school please follow this link to complete an online consent form;

The vaccinations will take place at your child’s school on: Tuesday 8^th  February 2022.  The link will close on Sunday 23rd January 2022. If your child has already had the DTP or MenACWY vaccine please disregard this msg. Sadly, our school uniform provider is unable to to hold the usual pop-up uniform shops over the summer holidays due to Covid restrictions.

They will, however, be running a 7 day a week operations for both the internet and the retail shop in Garforth for the duration of August. Allowing more retail and distribution hours we will be able to provide a top quality service for all your parents/carers.

Unfortunately any uniform exchanges will have to be returned back to our warehouse or exchanged in our shop. We will continue our free delivery for all orders over £29.99 and £1.99 for orders placed under this value.
