Remote Learning Opportunities
Goole Academy Remote Learning Opportunities
During these difficult times, at present Goole Academy is only open to children of key workers. However, your continued learning is still vitally important.
School Email System
ALL students have a school email address and the school email system is the easiest way for students to contact their teachers.
The email address is based upon a student’s school username and password.
For example if John Lockdown logged into the school system with the username lockdownj7 and password 1a2b3C then his email address would be firstname.lastname@example.org and his password would be 1a2b3C
The school email system can be accessed via office.com
If you have forgotten your username/email address and/or password contact: email@example.com
Below are some of the ways we are helping to maintain your learning.
If you do not have access to the internet and/or a suitable device, printed work packs are available from Main Reception. These are changed on a weekly basis. Please contact school before setting off to collect by telephoning 01405 504000 so we can make sure that a pack is printed off for you.
Our e-Learning includes:
- Lessons on SharePoint
The easiest way to access these is via: https://schoolpartnershiptrustorg.sharepoint.com/sharing/seclessons/SitePages/Home.aspx
Click on your year group and you are ready to learn. Work can be emailed to teachers via the school email system. You will need your SCHOOL email address and password to login (see above).
If you are using a tablet and experience difficulties, please select ‘desktop’ view on your device.

Students have a username and password (both chosen by themselves). If students have forgotten their login details, they can click the link on screen for a reminder.
Any further problems contact firstname.lastname@example.org
Current usage is about 12 pods per student per week.
- Hegarty Maths

Students need to enter their name and date of birth and are then asked for their password (chosen by themselves). If they have forgotten their password, they can click on the on screen link:
This will send a message to their teacher asking them to reset the password. The next time the student logs in, they will be prompted to set a new password. If a password reset has been requested and it hasn’t happened within an hour, email email@example.com
Students are being set tasks on a weekly basis.
